‘Normal’ is spending your entire life trying to get in shape (starting, stopping, planning) until one day you realize you’ve run out of time.
Why Be Normal – When You Can Be Proud of Your Body?
Here’s the truth: From Flab to Fit: The Complete Skinny-Fat Transformation System guarantee’s results, but it is definitely not for everyone. Please watch this short video to see if it may be for you.

“Maybe the best damn decision I’ve ever made.” – Joshua B.
“40 pounds of flab, gone. The best part is I’m in control of my body again!” – Beau R.
“Was beginning to think I was destined to be the ‘chubby’ guy forever.” – Roach
WARNING: This Is NOT Your Normal Fitness & Weight Loss System

Hey there human, I’m Josh.
Time is important so let’s get to it.
You’re here because you wanna transform your flab into a fit physique.
I’m writing this because I want to help you turn your flab into a fit physique.
You’re probably thinking: why should I listen to one word this guy says?
Don’t listen.
Just look.
Here are some pics of me from a few years ago.
Whew…
Tough to even look at those pictures these days.
I was hovering on the edge of depression back then. I was angry a lot. I was frustrated. I was always tired, never feeling like I had enough energy.
All in all, I was just ashamed of myself.
I felt a hundred pounds heavier than I actually looked. My clothes weren’t fitting right. My skin wasn’t fitting right. Being flabby and weak was not acceptable. Not for me. Not for my life.
I wanted to be toned and muscular. I wanted to be proud of my body. I wanted to be able to take my shirt off without seeing layers of flab flapping over my waist line.
Deep down, I knew I could do better. But no matter what I tried it seemed like my willpower and self-discipline were not up to the task of accomplishing what I wanted to accomplish.
Anyhow, enough sliding down this depressing black hole of my days as a Normie. This is supposed to be about why you should listen to one word I say.
Bottom line: I was fat, flabby, and miserable. And I certainly didn’t want to be fat, flabby, and miserable, so I decided to change.
It took me quite a while, but I eventually figured out how to blast the flab from my body and replace it with strength, energy, and muscle.
Here are a few pics of me now.
So why should you listen to this sweatband wearing Weirdo babble about fitness and weight loss?
The answer:
Because I’ve been where you’re at!
And (at least for me) being fat, flabby, and unhappy with my body was a tough bed to sleep in.
It was confusing. (Too much conflicting information out there.)
It was frustrating. (So many workouts, diets, and strategies to choose from.)
It was depressing. (Living within a body I hated.)
Thankfully, I was lucky enough to ride a few weirdo experiments to the other side of fat boy river.
But I’ll tell you this…
Reaching the shoreline of Weirdo Island wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows.
It literally took me years to figure out how to achieve, and, more importantly, how to consistently keep this body (that I’m so proud of now!) without going through all the frustrating quitting and starting-over cycles that have taken up so many years of my life.
Let me say that again…because at this point, with where I’m at now, it just seems absolutely bongers.
It literally took me years.
YEARS!
Years of watching YouTube weight loss and fitness videos. Years of browsing ‘Men’s Health’ magazine hoping the perfect workout routine would punch me in the face. Years of starting then stopping. Years of losing some weight only to gain it all back. Years of frustration. Years of angst. Years of low energy. Years of low self-confidence.
Years.
Was it worth years of my life to figure out how to obtain the health and physique I want?
Absolutely.
Was it necessary?
Absolutely not.
None of those wasted years had to happen.
Truth is…fat loss and fitness are not all that complicated.
It’s just been made to seem complicated.

By whom, you may ask…
Lemme ask you this: Who owns the world’s attention? Meaning, who, or what, do most humans (the normal everyday man, woman, or child) watch, read, and listen to every single day? How do most of us learn fitness and weight loss?
Would you say it’s from TV, YouTube, magazines, blogs, websites, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn?
Odds are — you, me, and the entire planet is tuned in to one, or multiple, of these sources.
One more quick question:
These sources that own the world’s attention (the media, fitness influencers, YouTubers, weight loss blogs, health related magazines) do you honestly believe their number one concern is to help you lose weight and get in the best shape of your life, or do you think their primary interest is to make themselves or their companies as much money as humanly possible
You and I both know the answer to that.
Here’s the truth:
These fitness influencers, YouTubers, magazines, blogs, websites, etc., make money by either collecting advertising revenue or by charging monthly subscriptions. Their best interest is not in helping you or I lose weight and accomplish our fitness goals. Instead, their pocketbooks get fatter only when we come back for more and more info.
Every single day, week, or month there will another article or video touting another ‘Best Workout Routine,’ or ‘Best Diet Hack.’ There will be another new celebrity workout, another new way to trick your metabolism, another new super supplement you should buy.
No disrespect to any content creators, weight loss blogs, magazines, or fitness influencers, but let’s be honest: these are media companies.
Their number one goal is to make money, and they make money by feeding the masses with more and more information. They make money only if people like you and I keep coming back for more tips, tricks, and hacks.
Their job is to keep us believing that we need to know more, or that we don’t yet have all the information to accomplish our goals, or that there’s some hidden secret we’ve not yet discovered.
For a long time, I bought into all this BS.
I consumed more and more information. And the more information I consumed the more I started thinking I was the problem.
I thought maybe I was just dumber than others for not being able to figure it all out.
I thought maybe my metabolism had slowed.
I thought maybe I was just getting too old.
I thought maybe I was born with low self-discipline or weak willpower.
I thought maybe I was just lazier than others.
I thought maybe I didn’t “want it bad enough.”
But here’s what took me years to figure out…
I wasn’t broken.
The system was.
For years, I’d been playing the same Normie games that I’d seen, heard, and watched every other Normie around me playing.
The game goes like this:

Tell me if any of this sounds familiar…
One day, for whatever reason, a ray of motivation rains down through your window, ringing a little alarm inside you that says it’s time to change. Maybe this is because your pants are fitting a little too tight. Maybe it’s because your energy levels are always so low. Maybe it’s because you’re just not happy with how you look and feel.
For me, this ray of motivation once hit when a girl I liked (who I’d not seen in a very long time) was coming in town and I did not want her to see the fattest version of me. On a separate occasion, the magic ray of motivation struck after I got angry because I overheard someone I respected talking about how fat I was behind my back. The motivation once came shining into my life after I experienced a debilitating back pain where I had to call 911 and the EMT’s had to break into my house and help me out of bed and onto a stretcher.
We all have our reasons, and whatever your reason to lose weight and get in shape, on this unique morning the ray of motivation comes through your window and latches onto your very consciousness. You hop out of bed and your willpower is super strong. Your determination is fierce. Chickpeas are bought, protein shakes drank, a gym membership procured. HITT training begins, you beat feet against your neighborhood streets, running like you just robbed the Sistine Chapel.
You’re eating good.
You’re exercising.
You’re weighing yourself every morning.
Sunday comes (finally!) so you take a cheat day to maintain your sanity. On Monday morning though, you’re right back in the gym.
A week passes. Then two. The meals drag on: chickpeas and salads. Day-after-miserable-day.
Running is starting to suck.
Your ankles are sore.
Your toes ache.
Your shoes seem wrong.
The gym is always so crowded.
Chickpeas taste like medicine.
A full month passes. You weigh yourself. Your scale must be broken. You go to Wally World and buy a new one. Is this scale broken too?
You feel the same as before you started: Tired.
You look the same as before you started: Fat.
The weight has not slid off as you expected. Your motivation begins to falter. Your seemingly perfect plan now seems not so perfect. It feels like you’ve been doing everything right but have made zero progress.
A holiday comes. Or your birthday. Or a friend’s wedding. Christmas is here. A barbecue invitation shows up. It’s the Superbowl. It’s 4th of July. You go on a family vacation. And you’re not gonna eat chickpeas and salads on this special occasion.
Pizza ends up in your mouth.
A handful of peanut M&M’s.
Some ice cream.
Cake.
A soda.
An entire bowl of Doritos.
Well…hell.
You slipped up.
You ate like crap and it wasn’t even your cheat day. Now here you are not even working out today either. But it’s okay, because tomorrow you’ll go extra hard to make up for today.
Tomorrow comes. There’s left-over cake on the kitchen counter. There’s three slices of pizza remaining in the fridge. You’re tired. Your belly hurts. You have a food hangover. You’ve been so good for so long, you deserve a few days off. Actually, you need it. You need a few deload days. You need to trick your metabolism. A quick break will allow you to come back with renewed motivation.
A few days turns into a week.
A week turns into a month.
A month turns into a year.
One year turns into two.
But then, one day, a ray of motivation rains down through your window, ringing a little alarm inside you that lets you know it’s time to change. This time will be different. You know it will be. You just know. You’ll have more motivation this time. You’ll utilize more self-discipline. You want it more. Your life is easier now. You have a new plan. So, you buy some chickpeas, drink a protein shake, call the gym about a membership…
Does this circle of failure sound familiar?
It should, because this is how normal everyday average people (your neighbors, your friends, your coworkers, the old normal version of yourself, the old normal version of myself) go about attacking their weight loss and fitness goals.
Fun fact: This method doesn’t work!
And the reason it doesn’t work is twofold:
Reason #1: You Keep Starting at the Wrong Effing Spot.
Normies start their weight loss and fitness journeys like they’re prepping for fight night against Ivan Drago. They go hard in the gym; they restrict themselves to salads, fish, and lentils; they do cardio until their hearts nearly explode. This works in the movies, but not in real life.

Listen…
‘Hustle Culture’ or ‘Go Hard/Go Home’ or ‘No Pain No Gain’—these normie mindsets have a high rate of failure, leading to constantly quitting and then constantly starting over.
Truth is: Starting from the smartest possible position gives you the greatest possibility of success. If you don’t start at the right spot, odds are you will not arrive at your desired destination.
You won’t outpunch Ivan Drago, but you can outlast him with the right plan.
Learning this wasn’t just a game changer for me; it was an entirely different game altogether.
Reason #2: You Keep Relying on Self-Discipline and Willpower to Power You Through Your Diet and Workouts.
Me: I’d start a diet or workout routine (always from the wrong spot) and then something would inevitably happen.
Work would get crazy.
I’d go on vacation.
I’d get sick.
Or, let’s be real, my diet or workout routine would be so torturous I could stand it no longer.
Either way, I’d fizzle out; time would pass—days, weeks, months—and during this time my life would stabilize and my motivation would steadily creep back up.
Eventually, I’d try again, promising myself this time would be different. That I’d stick to it. That I’d power through no matter what.
And back on the fitness train I would go.
Choo Choo!
But after a while, again something would inevitably happen.
This is called life.
Life happens.
Kids will get sick.
Work will get crazy.
You will get sick.
You’ll have a nightmare travel day.
You’ll sleep like crap.
You’ll go on vacation.
In real life, some circumstance or another is always waiting in the shadows ready to smash your routine and derail your progress. But these circumstances do not have to win.
You can smack them in the face!
You can fight back!
The smartest way to combat this constant start-stop cycle is not by giving up and waiting for life to settle, instead it’s to implement a sustainable and unbreakable system that works not just on your best days, but also on your worst.
You don’t need to wait on more motivation; you need something that works even when life gets messy.
You need something that ensures you will never give up, that you will never quit.
Now I’m not gonna go full late-night infomercial on you.
No dramatic music.
No fake countdown timers.
No “Act now or your abs will explode.”
I’m not here to pressure you, trick you, or hard sell you on anything.
Like I said from the beginning: You’re here because you want to lose a few pounds; I’m here because I want to help you lose a few pounds!
And now here we are…
Me: I’m ready to get started.
You: You’re at a fork in the road.
And I completely understand.
I’ve been there.
On one hand, you want your health and fitness to be handled. You want control over your body. You want clarity on what works and what doesn’t. You want a consistent routine rather than another ride on the weight-gain roller coaster.
But on the other hand, there are nagging doubts, questions, and thoughts. You’re wondering what this ‘Weirdo System’ actually entails. You’re wondering if this will actually work for you. You’re wondering if this is just another money-suck-scam.
Deep down, you’re probably thinking you don’t really need this.
You’re thinking you just need more self-discipline. More willpower. More motivation.
You’re thinking you just need to stick to your current plan for a little bit longer.
Again, I get it.
I’ve been there.
So rather than telling you any more about me and my journey, let’s go ahead and rationally unravel these thoughts one by one.
Before we dive into the system, lemme make one thing very clear:
FitnessForWeirdos Is Not Your Normal Fitness System.
It’s not a strategy you’ve tried before. It’s not something you’ve seen waved around on social media. It’s not something fitness magazines and YouTubers are flaunting.
It is not your normal fitness advice.
And that is a good thing.
Because “Normal Fitness” is exactly what keeps most people stuck in the start-stop cycle for their entire lives.
In case you’re wondering, here’s the core differences between Normal Fitness and Weirdo Fitness:
Normie Fitness:
• Start with the hardest workouts and diets possible
• Try to change everything all at once
• Rely on motivation and willpower
• Quit when life gets messy
• Gain the weight back
• Repeat for the next 10–20 yearsWeirdo Fitness:
• Start from the smartest possible position
• Change one small thing at a time
• Build momentum before intensity
• Create systems that survive bad days
• Lose the weight
• Keep it offTo sum it up, Normies try to win the fight in the first round where Weirdos win the fight by never getting knocked out.
And that brings us to the first phase of the system, which begins at a place almost everyone gets wrong…
Phase One: Escaping the Normie Starting Line.

Lemme be real: Normies start their fitness journeys all wrong.
They start with:
-
Extreme diets
-
Brutal workouts
-
Unrealistic expectations
And then what happens? Well…you and I both know because we’ve been there.
They burn out within weeks. They give up on their diet. They stop their workouts. They start waiting for more motivation, for a little less stress, for their busy hectic lives to settle down.
Weirdos however…
Weirdos start different.
In Phase One, you’ll learn how to:
-
Start from the smartest strategic position possible.
-
Build identity-level habits that last.
-
Use our proprietary R1/K1 Method to punch fat in the face!
-
Create a sustainable foundation that works even when life gets messy.
When you finish Phase One:
You’ll no longer be guessing on where to start.
You’ll know exactly how to begin building a lifestyle that burns fat automatically.
You’ll not only be building or toning muscle, you’ll also be building and strengthening your self-discipline and willpower so you’re better equipped to stick with this for the long term.
You’ll no longer be trying to force change through motivation, you’ll be building it through momentum.
Here’s the truth: Where you start ultimately determines whether you succeed or quit, and, honestly, I’ll bet my favorite sweatband you’ve been starting at the wrong spot.
Your primary problem isn’t effort; it’s where and how you keep starting.
That’s why you haven’t achieved long term success with your fitness and weight loss goals.
Let’s fix that.
Once we do, we’ll move on to…
Phase Two: Solving the Fat Loss Equation.

Here’s the problem: if you ask ten different people (your friends, your coworkers, fitness coaches, personal trainers, even nutritionists) how to lose weight and get in better shape you’ll get ten different answers.
One will say carbs are evil.
Another that fat is the problem.
Another says eat six meals per day.
Another says never eat after 7pm.
Others says fasting is the only solution.Everyone has a theory, but no one has a clear and definitive answer of how fat loss actually works. Not knowing this is like trying to fly an airplane without knowing how to operate the controls.
Odds are, you’ll crash and burn.
You’ll quit.
You’ll give up.
And with all this cluttered information, it’s easy to see why. It’s not because you’re lazy, it’s because you’re trying to lose weight while operating in total confusion.
In Phase Two, all that noise disappears.
You’ll learn:
• Exactly why past diets worked or failed.
• The simple calorie equation that determines whether your body loses or gains weight.
• The three key levers that control your metabolism.
• How to structure your daily meals so fat loss becomes predictable instead of frustrating.
• How to identify the “enemy calories” quietly sabotaging your progress.
• How to eat foods you enjoy while still losing weight.
• Exactly how many calories your body burns each day.
• Exactly how many calories to eat to lose weight.
• How much protein you need to protect your muscle.By the end of Phase Two, weight loss will no longer feel confusing.
There will be no more guessing.
No more wondering what works.
No more starting over. You’ll understand that fat loss isn’t some voodoo black magic.
It’s just math.
It’s a simple equation that lets you control your body like a thermostat.
Once you understand this, everything clicks. Weight loss stops feeling like a mystery and starts turning into a controlled system.
Then we move to Phase Three.
Phase Three: Becoming Unbreakable
In Phase Three, you’ll learn how to install a fitness system that works even when life is working against you.
Listen…this is where even the weirdest of Normies fall apart. They’ll start strong but then their motivation disappears once life gets busy. One missed workout turns into two…then ten…then “I’ll start on Monday” becomes their new fight song.
Not anymore.
In Phase Three, we put an end to that cycle for good.
This is where you’ll install a ridiculously simple workout routine that works even on your worst days. It’s like hardwiring a workout habit straight into your brain so your routine will always survive real life.
Sick days, busy schedules, low motivation…doesn’t matter, you’ll still win.
This is where you become unbreakable.
You’ll have a system in place that’s designed to be impossible to quit.
There will be no more “this time will be different.” No more falling off after a bad week. No more all-or-nothing thinking. No more missed weeks turning into missed months.
This is where fitness stops being something you try to do and becomes something you do automatically, permanently.
This is where everything finally sticks.
It’s where you stop relying on motivation and start becoming the kind of person who simply doesn’t quit.
When you finish Phase Three, you’ll have:
- A simple, repeatable workout plan you can follow for the rest of your life.
-
A clearly defined baseline workout you can always complete.
-
A highly effective routine that works even on your worst days.
-
A built-in safety net that prevents one missed workout from turning into weeks or months of inactivity.
-
A way to stay consistent without relying on motivation, willpower, or perfect conditions.
-
The ability to turn your all-or-nothing thinking into a weapon rather than a weakness.
-
A routine that adapts to your busy life instead of breaking when life gets messy.
-
Confidence knowing that you’ll never have to start over again.
-
Proof that consistency is something you can achieve and that it’s NOT just something reserved for “disciplined” people.
-
The pride of being one of the few that follows through and doesn’t give up, even when conditions aren’t perfect.
Once consistency is locked in, the final step is learning how to keep progressing without pushing so hard that you burn out and quit.
And that leads us to the final phase of the system…
Phase Four: Crossing the Sustainable Finish Line
Lemme be perfectly clear: This is NOT your normal finish line.
This is not where you kick off your shoes, stop moving forward, never think about fitness again.
Instead, this finish line is where you finally reach a pace you can maintain for the rest of your life.
Not for a few days.
Not for a few weeks.
Not for a few months.
But for the long term: years, decades, a lifetime.
Listen…
The real goal isn’t to lose weight faster than your friends, or to survive a 30-day challenge, or to eat chickpeas and salads for the rest of your life.
The real goal is long term sustainability (something us Weirdos call Sustainable Acceptance.)
This is where you lose weight, get in shape, and look and feel your best for years and years while enjoying your life without worrying about falling back into your bad habits.
In Phase Four, this is exactly what you’ll learn to build.
This is where you take a step back, look at the progress you’ve made, and make an honest decision to this one single question: Have I reached a level I can happily live with?
If the answer is yes, we lock in the system and protect it indefinitely.
If the answer is no, we don’t panic, we don’t quit, we don’t start over.
We simply make small, controlled adjustments and keep moving forward.
That’s how long-term success actually works.
It doesn’t work through extreme efforts, temporary challenges, and fad diets.
Consistent success comes from steady progress completed at a level you’re constantly able to maintain.
And that’s what Phase Four is all about achieving.
This is where you stop chasing numbers on a scale and start building a lifestyle that holds up in real life.
This is where fitness becomes something you keep, rather than something you’re constantly restarting.
This is where you stop asking:
“Can I keep this up?”
And start saying:
“I can live like this forever.”
When You Finish Phase Four…
- You’ll know exactly how to decide when enough is enough, when too much is more than you can handle, and when too little is a waste of your time.
- You’ll have a clear standard for what success looks like based on your specific life, your specific schedule, and your specific priorities.
- You’ll know how to progress without pushing yourself into burnout.
- You’ll understand how to increase effort gradually while protecting consistency.
- You’ll know how to maintain your results without constantly dieting or overtraining. (No more extremes. No more exhausting cycles. Just steady, sustainable action.)
- You’ll know how to recognize the difference between a healthy challenge and unsustainable pressure.
- You’ll know when to push yourself and when it’s smarter to hold the line.
- You’ll know how to stay consistent even as life changes. (New job, crazy travel schedule, stressful family demands: none of it will derail you, because your system will be built to adapt.)
- You’ll know how to protect the progress you’ve worked so hard to achieve.
- You’ll stop worrying about losing your results, because you’ll know exactly how to keep them.
- You’ll know how to live at a level of effort you can maintain for the long term. (Not for a season. Not for a challenge. But for life.)
And that there is the full system.
Four simple phases.
With one simple mission: To achieve permanent results.
Not through punishment.
And not through perfection.
But through sustainable consistency that survives real life.
Truth is…
You don’t need more motivation.
You don’t need to watch more YouTube videos.
You don’t need a harder workout routine.
You just need a system that works even when life is working against you. You need a system that works on your worst days. You need to install the correct information into your everyday life.
And that’s exactly what FitnessForWeirdos was built to do.
Now, the only real question is:
Are you going to keep starting over, or are you ready to become a Weirdo and finish what you started?
-
And Now I Have Two Quick Questions For You…
1.) What Will You Do In The Next Ten Minutes?
Lemme go ahead and tell you the words you’ll hear chanted over and over here at Gym Weirdo. These four words are like a passcode, like a secret knock, like a battle cry. They are:
‘You Have A Choice.’
Right now, my friend, you have a choice.
The first is to do nothing. You finish reading this page, you eat dinner, you grab a tub of ice cream for dessert, you watch Netflix or Youtube before bed, and a month from now you’ll have forgotten you read any of this in the first place. Everything will be as it’s always been. Eventually, you’ll probably try another diet or weight-loss program, and you’ll end up quitting that too. Each and every year, you’ll steadily gain weight. You’ll remain frustrated, but instead of taking the required action necessary to accomplish your goals, you’ll blame genetics, or age, or your weak willpower. You’ll never earn the confidence and pride that comes from looking your very best and living within a body you love rather than inside a body you despise.
It’s easy to choose this option because deep down you can convince yourself you’ve made no decision at all. You can convince yourself that things just happened. That this is just your life. That you’re destined to be fat and frustrated forever. That you have low self-discipline and weak willpower and that’s just how you are, it’s how you were born, it’s how you were made, there’s nothing you can do about it.
This is complete bullshit of course.
It’s simply a clever justification devised by your subconscious brain. In all truth, if you choose to do nothing then you are still making a choice. You are choosing to not act. You are choosing to believe your excuses rather than to create the reality you desire. Being fat and frustrated is not your fate, but, instead, your fate is nothing but the destiny of your indecision.
Now I’m not trying to be rude, but if your decision is to do nothing then nothing is exactly what you will get.
Choice Number TWO:
As I see it, your second option is to completely give up on your weight-loss and fitness goals. With this option, you quit trying entirely. This sounds counterproductive, but you may be much happier by simply accepting you are unwilling to do what it takes to earn the body you desire.
Let’s be real: losing weight and being fit requires action. It requires work. It requires that you do things different from those who are overweight and out of shape.
If you are completely unwilling to take action and unwilling to change, then why continue to chase the goal when you refuse to do what it takes to earn the goal?
Doing so is a form of self-torture.
So either learn how to get the body you want or learn to be happy with the body you have.
But do one or the other and do it soon, because life is short and as far as we know this is the only life we have. So for God’s sake, do what will make you the happiest!
Choice Number THREE:
With this third option, you start. You break ranks from the Army of Normies who will keep looping inside the same start-stop cycle all their lives, always trying some new exercise or fad diet but never reaching a level of pride and acceptance with their health and fitness.
With this option, instead of playing those same normie games, you decide to be different. You learn how to start in the right spot. Then you learn how to implement a structured system that allows you to keep going day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year. And in this process, you will become a completely different person. Your body will improve, as will your self image and confidence. Your health will improve. Your energy levels will increase. I’m willing to bet your entire life will drastically improve.
Listen…these are your options.
You are going to choose one of these three.
Which will it be?
And that leads me to the second question I have for you:
2.) What Will Your Life Be Like One Year From Today?
Please be honest. If you keep doing what you’ve been doing, and you don’t learn a different skillset, a different method, a different strategy, where do you see yourself one year from today?
Deep down, you know exactly where you’ll be. You’ll be in the same spot you’re in now. You’ll just be just a little more frustrated, a little chubbier, a little more confused.
Rather than losing weight, the only thing you will have lost is time. And like I said at the very beginning of this article, time is important. It is hands down the most valuable thing you and I own.
One of my biggest regrets is that I wasted so much time being frustrated and confused over my weight and my body. I regret the years of confidence I lacked, the years where I had very little self-respect for myself.
I regret all the unknown relationships and opportunities I missed out on.
I regret not being the person I could have been.
For too many years I believed that stupid little voice in my head when it would say: “Getting in shape is simple, just eat less and move more!”
I thought that sentence was essentially everything I needed to know.
I thought the path was simple, but I was just too weak.
I was wrong.
Knowing what I know now, I realize that holding onto beliefs like those are straight-up ignorant. It’s a flawed belief system. One that was keeping me cemented in frustration rather than catapulting me to success. It’s not much different than believing that to be a billionaire, you must just spend less and make more.
Easy in theory, but there’s a bit more to it.
I spent all that time…
Years of my life…
Wasted.
If it were possible, I’d pay a hefty price to buy back every single one of those lost years so I could relive all that time as a healthier, happier, more confident version of myself.
But as you and I both know, time is a one-way train.
With that said, there’s no forward progress in worrying, wishing, and wondering what we could have done differently.
However, and I think you will agree, what we do now will dictate where we end up.
The question is which ticket will you invest in?
Will you punch the one that leads to more regret? Or the one that leads to change?
Be honest: If you don’t invest in changing your life today, when will you?
Where will you end up?
The choice is yours.
LET’S GET STARTED
How Much Does Getting in the Best Shape of My Life Actually Cost?
At this point, you’re probably wondering about price.
You’re probably wondering how much this will all cost?
You’re probably wondering if you’ll have to sell a kidney?
Well…I have FOUR pieces of great news for you:
- First Piece of Great News: You will NOT have to sell a kidney. This entire system is only $300 dollars, which means you can keep both kidneys exactly where they belong. Actually, this is terrific news! Your kidneys are your friends!
- Second Piece of Great News: Again, this entire system is only $300 dollars. That price is firm. However, in no way (and for no one) do I want money to stand in the way of your health and happiness, so if you’re in a position where you absolutely cannot afford $300 dollars then I will work with you to develop a payment plan that works for your current financial situation. If you’re serious about reaching your goal, let’s do it. No excuses. Just email me at [email protected] and we’ll figure something out.
- Third Piece of Great News: This is not a slimy upsell program where you get one part of the puzzle and then you’re overwhelmed with upsell after upsell. No one is ever going to email, text, or call trying to get you to buy more information, more supplements, more templates, more plans, etc. FFW’s: The Sustainable Weight Loss System is everything you need to lose weight and get in the best shape of your life. This is a skill you’ll own forever. It works today; it will work tomorrow; it will work next week, next month, next year, and ten, twenty, thirty years from today. This is a permanent solution, not a fly-by-night fad.
- Fourth Piece of Great News: To decrease your risk even further, I will refund all $300 dollars if this system does not in any way meet or exceed your expectations. Just email me at [email protected] and let me know that you want a refund. No pushback, no awkwardness, no hard feelings, no pressure. We’ll still be friends. I promise.
